Teddy is a very handsome, 4 year old Pyr who loves to run around and play. He is super sweet and likes attention. We found out that he does know sit, shake and down (for treats).

His story is a sad one - he was dumped at the Utah shelter by a man who abused his wife & kids. Teddy defended the people he loved and bit the man. From there he went to a foster home and was just thrown in the backyard together with a couple of Huskies who got in a fight and the foster got bitten by breaking up the fight. Teddy was on the edge of being euthanized before somebody  who wanted to save him contacted our rescue. This person told us that Teddy is a really good guy, is good with kids, cats and other dogs. Except aggressive alpha dogs!

Teddy needs a nice family who knows and understands the breed.
